Job summary

JBS Australia is seeking a Livestock Administration & Accounts Officer to join the Dinmore Plant admin team on a full-time basis. You will provide accurate administrative and financial processing support to our livestock operations, ensuring timely invoicing, reporting and compliance.

Work closely with livestock buyers, plant accountants and QA teams to manage data, payments and records, prioritising accuracy and high-volume processing in daily, weekly and periodic cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and financial processing.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads and meet deadlines.
• Sound analytical and reconciliation skills to identify discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to follow processes, compliance requirements and record-keeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate administrative and financial processing support to livestock operations.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payments and reporting for livestock transactions.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance documentation across the operation.
• Collaborate with livestock buyers, plant accountants and QA teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with end-of-period reporting and record reconciliation.
