JBS Australia at the Dinmore Plant in southeast Queensland is seeking a Livestock Administration & Accounts Officer to support the livestock operations team with administrative and financial processing, data accuracy, invoicing and reporting. The role is full-time and on-site at the Dinmore facility.

You will work closely with livestock buyers, plant accountants, QA teams and external stakeholders, handling high-volume transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely records across daily,

Competenze

• Strong data entry and financial processing accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads and meet deadlines.
• Sound analytical and reconciliation skills to identify discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to follow processes and record-keeping standards for compliance.
• Proactive problem-solving approach to issues.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of livestock operations, invoicing, and supply chain processes (advantageous).
