JBS Australia is seeking a Livestock Administration & Accounts Officer at the Dinmore Plant near Ipswich, Queensland. This full-time role supports livestock operations with administrative and financial processing, invoicing and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data handling.

You will work with buyers, accountants and QA teams to manage high-volume transactions and maintain records efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and financial processing.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads and meet deadlines.
• Sound analytical and reconciliation skills, with ability to identify discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication, and strong organisation.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to follow processes, compliance requirements and record-keeping standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Basic understanding of livestock operations, invoicing and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate administrative and financial processing support to livestock operations.
• Manage daily, weekly and periodic transactional tasks with attention to compliance.
