This permanent, full-time role leverages your lived experience to support people living with severe mental illness to live independently and improve quality of life.

You will mentor, provide psychosocial support, develop individual plans, coordinate care, and collaborate with families, clinical teams and community services to promote recovery and social

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work Support or willingness to obtain.
• Experience supporting people with severe mental illness.
• Understanding of recovery-oriented practice.
