Job summary

McArthur in Bathurst is seeking enthusiastic people to join our team as event staff for Australia’s leading ticketing initiatives. We provide access to exciting live events and flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

Your role includes selling tickets at POS, scanning entry, ushering guests, and delivering excellent, friendly customer service. Availability is mainly evenings and weekends, with shifts from 3 to 8 hours and a strong focus on helping patrons enjoy the show.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face customer service and professional presentation.
• Previous POS experience is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and perform well in busy event environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets using POS systems.
• Scan tickets at entry.
• Usher guests to their seats and assist with directions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the event.
