Job summary

McArthur is seeking enthusiastic event staff for the Bathurst team to support concerts, festivals, theatre productions and sporting events. You will sell tickets at POS, scan entry, usher guests, and help attendees with directions while delivering friendly customer service.

Shifts are largely in the evenings and weekends with flexible hours; travel between Brisbane and Gold Coast may be required for certain larger events. A passion for live events and strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
• Present yourself professionally and take pride in your work.
• Previous Point of Sale (POS) experience.
• Stay calm under pressure in busy environments.
• Reliable, adaptable and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets using POS systems.
• Scan tickets as patrons arrive.
• usher guests to seats and assist with directions.
• Answer questions and provide friendly, professional service throughout the event.
