Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience supporting production or mission-critical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python and Bash scripts to monitor the health, performance, and dependencies of a mission-critical production environment.
• Monitor and support a highly distributed Linux-based trading system.
• Partner with the Platform Engineering team on server imaging, testing, deployment, and system configuration.
• Act as a liaison between the trading desk and network, security, market data, and platform teams on production issues.
• Provide multi-level production support for traders, quants, and researchers.
• Improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency across the trading stack.
