Job summary

The Meat & Wine Co. is seeking passionate Line Cooks for our Southbank team, covering Pans, Larder and Dessert sections to deliver a premium dining experience. This role is part-time with 20–24 hours per week and open availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full-service restaurant.
• Experience in Pans/Mains section preferred.
• Passion for quality food and premium hospitality.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/Patisserie is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes across Pans, Larder and Dessert sections to support the Southbank team.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency.
