Qualifications

• Experience in lighting or electrical industry would be valuable.
• Background in estimating, electrical wholesaling, customer service or sales coordination.
• Organised, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with quotations, customer follow-up and day-to-day coordination, including our fast, mobile ATP Quote process.
• Coordinating customer enquiries and connecting customers with the right people across Haneco.
• Progressing lighting design requests by ensuring project requirements and supporting information are complete.
• Helping deliver sales campaigns and promotions, arranging samples and supporting other sales activities.
• Keeping Salesforce customer and opportunity information current and generating preconfigured Power BI reports to support sales planning and follow-up.
• Following through on outstanding requests and agreed actions so customers and sales teams receive timely information and support.
