Salexo Consulting is seeking an After Sales Support Consultant for a busy Sydney headquarters. The role blends technical troubleshooting, customer service and warranty administration, assisting installers, retail partners and end users.

You’ll work with internal teams to resolve queries, maintain CRM/ERP records, and produce reports identifying trends and opportunities for service improvement. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in after sales support or technical customer service.
• Background in lighting, electrical or building products is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clear, professional interaction.
• Proficiency using CRM/ERP systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical, installation and warranty enquiries by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot product concerns with installers and end users.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Procurement to resolve issues.
• Assess and process warranty claims with accurate records.
• Prepare quotations and process customer purchase orders in the CRM/ERP system.
• Maintain records of correspondence, technical findings and resolutions.
• Support retail partners, designers, architects, and end users with product information.
• Produce reports to identify recurring issues and service improvements.
