Job summary

Salexo Consulting in Australia is seeking a multi-faceted role combining customer service, logistics and warehouse duties. You will link customers, sales, warehouse and delivery operations to ensure accurate order processing and high service levels from enquiry to delivery.

The role offers exposure across sales and operations with genuine progression potential into senior sales or operations paths within the business over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, logistics or warehouse coordination.
• Construction/building products or related industry experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on across office and warehouse environments.
• Reliable, proactive and take ownership; leadership or supervisor experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries, quotes and customer orders.
• Build relationships with trade, builder and commercial customers.
• Coordinate dispatch, deliveries and daily logistics requirements.
• Work with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders run smoothly.
• Assist with stock coordination and inventory management.
• Support Branch Manager with daily operations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and direct warehouse staff when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service and efficiency.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain workplace safety and operational standards.
