Job summary

Quality Lifestyle Support is seeking a passionate Lifestyle Support Worker to join our team in Warwick, QLD. This casual role provides personalised support to help individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible, with flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote community participation, maintain client records, and advocate for client rights. A genuine care ethos, strong communication, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role supporting individuals with disabilities or in aged care.
• Demonstrated passion for making a positive difference in others' lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card) and Disability Services Positive Exemption Card (ability to obtain).
• First aid and CPR certification (ability to obtain).
• NDIS training modules (Free and easy to obtain).
• Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
• Smartphone ownership.
