Life Without Barriers is seeking a Disability Support Worker (Female, Lifestyles) to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes or community settings across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
The role involves day-time shifts, travel between clients, and working occasional weekends. A NSW driver’s licence, First Aid certification, and comfort with assistive tasks are essential to support clients with diverse needs.

About the Role
We have opportunities to provide one-on-one lifestyle support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required. We also offer roles in our Day Program, which caters to the interests and abilities of our clients and often includes social outings, recreational and leisure activities whilst encouraging positive social participation and community integration. Shifts will be during daytime hours primarily Monday to Friday. Occasional weekends.
