• Must be 18 years or older.
• Disability/Community Services qualification desirable but not essential.
• Previous industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Tailored Lifestyle Connections is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide high quality, tailored supports to our existing client base.

Successful applicants will be required to have flexibility for shifts, with specific availability for mornings, afternoons and weekend shifts, with the capacity to build a caseload.

Role/Responsibilities:

To provide high quality support to our clients, by providing in-home support (such as personal care, domestic duties) and accessing social and community programs and activities by supporting participants rights and choice and control.

Qualifications, Certificates and Licences:

Possession of a current First Aid Certificate & CPR

Drivers licence

Utilising of own insured vehicle is essential with Comprehensive Car Insurance

Current Blue Card & Disability Workers Screening Check or eligibility to apply

Applicants must be 18 years or older to meet screening and compliance requirements

Qualification in Disability Services and/or Community Services is highly desirable but not essential

Previous industry experienced preferred
