Job summary

Lincoln Place Services Pty is seeking a Sales Representative in Mackay, Australia to drive sales initiatives, manage pricing guidance and guide customers through home designs and contracts.

This full-time role requires maintaining Salesforce records, managing leads and coordinating settlements, while collaborating with development and community teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence to our future and current customers.
• Maintain Salesforce data entry and accuracy for customer interactions and sales activities.
• Manage leads with timely follow-up and appointment management.
• Manage contracts to ensure accuracy and clear contract processes.
• Coordinate settlements and handover to the community team.
• Collaborate with development, construction and community management teams.
• Engage local area agents and community groups for referrals and promotions.
• Follow sales processes and provide feedback to Sales leadership.
• Recommend, attend and host sales events and represent the project.
• Provide expert guidance on home designs, inclusions and product demand.
• Maintain the display suite to a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
