Seven Media Group in Sydney is seeking a Retention Comms Specialist to join the Product & Experience team. You will plan, build and optimise owned-channel campaigns across email, push and in-app messages to engage, retain and reactivate audiences for LiSTNR and 7Plus.

Ideal candidates have proven CRM and lifecycle marketing experience, strong copywriting, data-minded decision making, and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention or email marketing.
• Strong copywriting, segmentation, testing and reporting skills.
• Data-savvy with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, test and deploy owned-channel campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging for LiSTNR and 7Plus.
• Deliver lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, churn prevention and win-back.
• Create, edit and optimise campaign content and assets to align with brand and customer journeys.
