Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first approach with the ability to influence and educate customers.
• Proven ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in life insurance, financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.
