Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Experience in life insurance, financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers.
