Job summary

AIA Financial Services is seeking a dedicated telephone-based Life Insurance sales specialist in Australia. You will manage referral leads, educate customers on Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance and Financial planning needs, and ensure compliant, quality interactions with clients across inbound and outbound channels.

The role requires RG146 qualification, experience in regulated, high-volume sales, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform high-volume, telephone-based sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication across channels
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer engagement by owning the referral process and ensuring the most appropriate offering based on the customer
• Assist customer queries over the phone through inbound/outbound calls as well as digital channels
