Qualifications

• Life Insurance knowledge is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process policy alteration requests for Inforce Policies and Life Insurance products.
• Respond to Adviser and Customer queries in writing and/or telephone.
• Meet all service standards and quality objectives.
• Follow WHS policies and intranet guidelines.
