Job summary

ClearView Wealth Limited, now part of Zurich, is seeking a Claims Administration professional to join our Life Insurance team in Sydney. Reporting to the Claims Administration Manager, you will deliver high-quality service while handling Death/Terminal Illness and long-term IP claims, with opportunity to progress in Life Insurance claims management.

Ideal candidates may come from Life Insurance or workers' compensation administration; prior experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualifications and or Allied Health background – not essential
• Strong written and verbal communicator with empathy
• Thrive in a team environment with collaborative approach
• Organised with excellent time management
• Life Insurance experience, or workers comp

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing a portfolio of severely injured and ill individuals with tailored service
• Deliver effective case management to support claims strategies and outcomes
• Adhere to LICOP and internal SLA guidance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Uphold WHS obligations and risk/cultural governance
• Own risk and compliance responsibilities relevant to the role
