Job summary

B&K Consulting Pty Limited is seeking a dynamic life insurance advisor to convert referred opportunities into issued policies. You’ll deliver balanced General Advice and educate clients, guiding them through quotes and applications with support from trusted networks.

You will work from anywhere (home or office), benefit from paid parental leave, and receive strong referral leads to ease client sourcing, backed by experienced leadership in life insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales drive and motivation to achieve commercial targets.
• Excellent communication skills and pipeline management.
• Ability to work autonomously and protect long-term relationships.
• RG146 certification

Responsibilities

• Convert referred opportunities into completed life insurance policies and educate clients clearly.
• Conduct outbound General Advice conversations explaining insurance types and underwriting considerations.
• Provide quotes, map out next steps, and assist clients with applications and medical questionnaires.
• Manage cases through underwriting, medical requirements, and suspense to keep progress.
• Maintain accurate client records and comply with internal guidelines.
