Job summary

You will assess licence applications, analyze qualifications and employment history, and gather information from applicants and stakeholders to ensure accurate, evidence-based decisions in line with legislation and procedures.

You will identify risks, prepare clear recommendations, and prioritise work while maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in licensing, compliance, regulatory or investigative work.
• Ability to identify incorrect, inconsistent or concerning information.
• Experience reviewing qualifications, employment history and supporting documents.

• Assess licence applications, qualifications, employment history and supporting documentation.
• Contact applicants, employers and stakeholders to obtain further information.
• Identify concerns, inconsistencies and potential risks requiring further assessment.
• Prepare clear recommendations and sound administrative decisions.

• Maintain accurate assessment records and outcomes in Salesforce and other systems.
