• Degree or significant experience in business, accounting, CPD auditing and/or law is highly desirable.
• Experience applying legislation and policy to complex service delivery scenarios.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients in writing and verbally.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to integrated compliance and respond to complaints, statements, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues affecting RTS and Consumer Affairs Victoria.
• Assist with assessment and analysis of complex licensing and registration issues using statutory requirements.
