Job summary

The Heathcote Hotel in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Licensee/General Manager to lead our team and elevate this beloved local pub. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere.

If you bring hands-on leadership, strong communication, and solid understanding of licensing, budgets and stock control, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a pub, hotel or similar hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Sound commercial understanding, including budgets, wages and stock control.
• Knowledge of NSW liquor licensing and compliance requirements.
• Current RSA and RCG, with the required qualifications to fulfil the licensee role.
• A hands-on approach, positive attitude and passion for hospitality.

The Heathcote Hotel is under new ownership and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Licensee / General Manager to lead our team and help take this much loved local pub to the next level.

Located in Heathcote, on the doorstep of the Royal National Park, the hotel offers a bistro, bars, outdoor dining, accommodation, bottle shop and regular entertainment.

About the Role

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, lead and develop the team, drive sales and profitability and ensure the venue delivers great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

About You
