Job summary

ISGroup is a progressive surveying and geospatial organisation in Brisbane seeking a Licensed Surveyor with TMR experience to join the Operations team in Queensland. The role focuses on delivering a wide range of land development projects and serving as a key delivery lead.

The successful candidate will manage projects end-to-end, liaise with clients and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with Queensland regulations while coordinating field surveying teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Surveyor with current practising certificate and TMR experience.
• Strong knowledge of QLD planning and surveying regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from tender to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from tender to delivery, including budget control.
• Client liaison and stakeholder relationship management.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate surveying tasks and field staff.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with QLD planning and surveying regulations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and project leadership skills.
• Hold a current drivers license and Australian working rights.

About therole:

We areseeking a motivated Licensed Surveyor with TMR experience to join our growing team in Queensland.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager / licensedsurveyor to play a crucial delivery role in a wide range of land developmentprojects.

KeyResponsibilities
