Job summary

ISGroup in Queensland is seeking a motivated Licensed Surveyor with TMR experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering land development projects from tender to delivery, emphasizing strong client liaison and regulatory compliance.

You will manage surveying tasks and field staff, mentor junior team members, and ensure budgets are controlled. Applicants with current practising certificate and Australian working rights are encouraged to apply; drivers license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Surveyor with current practising certificate and TMR experience.
• Strong knowledge of QLD planning and surveying regulations.
• Current driver's license and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from tender to delivery, including budget control.
• Client liaison and stakeholder relationship management.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate surveying tasks and field staff.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of QLD planning and surveying regulations.
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
• Licensed Surveyor with current practising certificate.
• Current driver's license and valid Australian working rights.
