Land Surveys in Queensland is seeking a motivated Licensed Surveyor with TMR experience to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering complex land development projects, managing budgets, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Surveyor with TMR experience.
• Experience delivering land development projects.
• Strong knowledge of QLD planning and surveying regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from tender to delivery, including budget control
• Client liaison and stakeholder relationship management
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Coordinate surveying tasks and field staff
• Mentor junior team members
• Strong knowledge of QLD planning and surveying regulations
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills
• Licensed Surveyor with current practising certificate
• Current driver's license and valid Australian working rights
