Brisbane City Council's Licences and Permits branch is seeking an experienced leader to guide the Licences and Permits Support Team. You will coach staff, shape service delivery, and ensure timely resolutions for customers and stakeholders.

You will develop and implement guidelines, coordinate resources and report on performance to drive a seamless customer experience for residents and businesses across Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Well-developed verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to influence, negotiate and maintain relationships to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team, setting direction, providing feedback and enabling high-quality tasks on time.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective systems, processes and procedures to provide high-quality, timely support.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Licences and Permits Support Team to deliver high-quality customer services.
• Allocate support resources across teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Investigate issues, prepare reports and guidelines, procedures, manuals, policies and presentations; implement agreed solutions.
