Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking an Internal Only Licences and Permits Support Team Leader to oversee and mentor the Licences and Permits team within City Planning Economic Development Services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support, guiding staff, and allocating resources to ensure efficient service delivery.

You will research issues, prepare reports, and develop guidelines and procedures, while identifying proactive solutions and implementing approved changes to improve

Experience leading a team with clear direction and feedback.
Ability to develop and implement efficient systems and procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills to influence and maintain relationships.
