Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a Library IT Officer to support library systems, devices and digital services across our network. You will install, test and maintain hardware and software, provide hands-on technical support, and troubleshoot issues to keep staff and customers connected.

Working with our Digital Services team and external vendors, you will deliver technology training, help upgrade systems and contribute ideas to improve library services and the community experience.
