Job summary

Workers Lifestyle Group in Blacktown is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide hands-on Level 1 and 2 IT support across three venues. You will be the first point of contact for staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable access to technology.

The role covers PCs, laptops, printers, POS, EFTPOS, AV equipment, and user access, with duties including onboarding and offboarding, asset management, and coordinating with external IT providers. A Certificate IV/Diploma in IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 1 and 2 IT support.
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding IT processes.
• Asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Level 1 and 2 IT support across three venues.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
