Job summary

Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a Library Assistant – Programs & Engagement to support community programs and services in the Toowoomba CBD. The role focuses on promoting literacy, library usage and social inclusion within the Toowoomba Region.

Based in the Toowoomba CBD, the casual position offers an hourly gross rate of $39.26–$42.48 with casual loading and up to 12.65% superannuation, and includes CBD parking provision.

• The hourly rate for this position is $39.26 - $42.48 gross per hour, plus casual loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
• This is a Casual position based in the Toowoomba CBD.
• CBD Parking provided.

About the position

As a Library Assistant – Programs & Engagement, you will assist in the provision of programs, services and community engagement in the Toowoomba Region. You will promote literacy and library usage, social inclusion, and the Toowoomba Region library service within the community.

In this position, you will work under regular direction.
