THOMAS FOODS INTERNATIONAL BOURKE PTY LIMITED – Bourke NSW is hiring entry level process workers for full-time roles. Positions run Monday to Friday on two shifts, with on‑the‑job training provided and opportunities for internal promotion.

Pay scales start at Level 5, with progression through Levels 4–1 under the TFIB Enterprise Agreement 2023. No prior experience is required; successful applicants will join a 100% Australian owned company renowned for meat processing across 80 countries.

Job Description

Levelled Processing Positions Available Direct, Full Time employment 40hrs per week Permanent Positions Experience not required On‑job training provided Internal promotions encouraged Attractive, above award pay rates in accordance with TFIB Enterprise Agreement About the Positions Available Due to an increase in production requirements, TFI is seeking new, entry level employees to join the team at our Bourke Facility.

There are a range of positions available, including entry level packing, trimming, loading and general labouring roles. All positions available are full time, 40 hours per week, and production runs Monday to Friday over two shifts. Pay Conditions Entry Level

• Level 5 $ $27.12 plus shift allowance for afternoon and night shift

Succession opportunities available to increase levels and pay condition Level 4 -$ $27.40, Level 3 $ $28.45, level 2 $ $32.58 & Level 1 $ $36.09 plus shift allowance for afternoon and night shift & Roster allowance Levels 6& 5

• Entry Level role

Level 4 & 3

• Low skilled level role

Level 2 & 1

• Semiskilled role

No experience is necessary as all training required will be provided by TFIB.
