Teys Australia in Biloela, QLD is seeking Meat Process Workers (entry level and skilled) to join a permanent, full‑time team. Roles include boning, slicing, slaughtering and general production across various areas, with a focus on safety and quality.

Successful applicants will have full working rights in Australia and may start at the production Labouring rate or move into Skilled Meat Worker roles with progression. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with on‑the‑job training offered.

• Experience as Boner, Slicer or Slaughterman for Skilled Meat Worker roles – otherwise no experience necessary.
• Willing to work in cool or warm environments.
• Willing to complete pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol test.
• Q-fever vaccination or willingness to get.
• Provide two professional references.

About the Job We are seeking skilled meat workers (boners, slicers, and slaughtermen) and general entry-level production workers who value coming to work in a safe and supportive environment for a company that encourages diversity and equal opportunities. With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skillsets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities:

• Packing, labelling and other general food production.
• Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing of our meat products.

• Operating equipment and machinery such as packaging and loadout.
• Picking and packing, general labouring or forklift driving.

About You Along with a “can do” attitude your skills and experience include:
