Independent Height Safety Pty Ltd in Seven Hills NSW is seeking an Experienced Height Safety Systems Installer for a full-time role with an immediate start in Sydney and surrounding areas.

You will install harness anchor points, fixed ladders, guardrails and access systems, interpret plans, comply with Australian Standards and WHS, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive safety mindset; regional travel is required with travel expenses covered and an above-award pay rate.

Height Safety Installer – Full‑Time | Immediate Start

About the Role

This is a full‑time position with an immediate start, working in small, skilled teams across Sydney, surrounding regions, and occasionally regional NSW. You’ll be responsible for installing a wide range of height‑safety and access systems, including:

• Harness anchor points
• Fixed access ladders
• External roof and suspended walkways
• Guardrails
• Static lines
• Mechanical platform systems and screens
• Roof access hatches
• Pull‑down ladder systems

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and drawings for accurate set-out and installation
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Compliance Codes, and WHS legislation
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and respect for working at heights
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate a hands‑on approach, strong work ethic, and lead by example
• Show reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑focused attitude
• Work overtime or weekends when required
• Travel regionally when needed — all travel expenses covered
• Reliable own transport
