Job summary

Height Safety Engineers is seeking an installation labourer to join our on-site teams in Sydney. You will assist in fitting height safety and fall protection systems, working under the guidance of experienced technicians.

This entry-level role offers paid training, a full-time position, and opportunities across the growing height safety industry. Tools, uniforms, and equipment are provided, with a supportive, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Physically fit with ability to do heavy lifting.
• Comfortable wearing hi-vis gear and steel-capped boots.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 5:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Our family-owned safety business is growing our on-site work teams and is looking for an Labourer offsider to join the team. This role is perfect for someone looking to enter the safety industry and based out of our Head office in Ingleburn.

About the role:

This role works on-site as part of our technician teams, assisting in the installation of height safety and fall protection systems.

This is an entry-level position within the company and is the starting point on a pathway to strong career development within the height safety industry.

No height safety experience is necessary, all training is provided and paid for by HSE.

This role would be best suited to someone with building or trade experience but would like to start in a full-time paid position in a growing industry, where all tools, uniforms and equipment are provided.

What We’re Looking For:

White Card(required)

Current Drivers License

Physically fit, capable of repetitive heavy lifting

Be comfortable wearing Hi-Vis gear and steel-capped boots

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Able to work Monday to Friday, 5:30 am - 3:00 pm
