VISITS is seeking a Level 2 IT Service Desk Onsite Engineer to support a diverse client base from our Sydney operations. The role combines remote and onsite duties across a broad range of technologies, delivering timely resolutions and contributing to project work.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in MSP settings, with Microsoft M365 and identity management experience; MD-102 certification is preferred and supported within the first four months.

Qualifications

• Applicants are expected to hold relevant Microsoft Certifications, or be actively working towards them.
• If you do not hold MD-102, completion is expected within four months with employer support.
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar MSP roles is highly preferred; fast up-and-comers may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to a broad range of businesses via chat, phone, email and portal.
• Deliver support via a mix of remote and onsite at client sites in Sydney.
• Be involved in delivery of broader services, including changes and projects.
