Job summary

P&C Partners in Brisbane is seeking a hands‑on Level 2 ICT Support Engineer to join our MSP team. You will own escalated tickets end‑to‑end, troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, networking, servers, endpoints and infrastructure, and help Level 1 engineers grow while delivering reliable, customer‑focused service.

The role offers strong exposure to a multi‑customer environment and the chance to own and resolve issues across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on Level 2 support experience with ownership of tickets from investigation to resolution.
• Broad technical capability across Microsoft 365, networking, servers, endpoints and infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to investigate issues beyond one area.
• Clear customer communication and team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve escalated tickets across multiple customer environments.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, networking and infrastructure issues.
• Investigate recurring problems and document fixes clearly.
• Communicate with customers on issue progress.
• Support and mentor Level 1 engineers, including escalations.
• Collaborate with the managed services team to maintain reliable service.
