Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in IT support or a technical environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical assistance and manage tickets through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues across M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and network environments.
• Support end-users with software and hardware problems.
