Job summary

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking an efficient Customer Service Officer to join the team at the Kununurra Leisure Centre. You will be the first point of contact for patrons, handle reception, memberships, bookings, and cash handling, and support delivery of leisure and Fitness services.

Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, processing payments, maintaining records, promoting programs, and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, or Sport and Recreation (or 2 years equivalent experience).
• Current unrestricted WA C class Driver’s Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patrons entering the Leisure Centre.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance with general enquiries, memberships, bookings, and programs.
• Process payments, memberships, and facility bookings, and reconcile daily takings.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer data in accordance with Shire procedures.
