Job summary

Campbelltown City Council NSW is seeking casual Customer Service Officers across all Leisure Centres, including Billabong Parklands. You will greet members, answer enquiries, and handle admissions and cash at the front desk in a fast-paced environment.

As the first and last point of contact, you’ll deliver friendly service, build relationships with the community, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while working with flexibility, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing customer service in a high volume fast paced multifunctional environment (Leisure or recreational facilities preferred).
• Experience in a face-to-face and phone-based customer service role.
• A current Resuscitation Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
• A current Working With Children Check for paid work.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers; manage day-to-day front desk operations including direct customer service, telephone and electronic enquiries, admissions, cash handling and member care.
• Provide a great customer experience face-to-face and over the phone in a high-volume environment.
• Support weekend and public holiday rosters and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Uphold values of respect, integrity, teamwork and trust in all interactions.
