Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is hiring multiple casual customer service officers across Leisure Centres. You will greet members, handle enquiries face-to-face and by phone, manage front desk operations, admissions, cash handling and member care in a busy environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, cashiering experience, and a commitment to high-quality member experiences. A current First Aid and Resuscitation certificate, a Working With Children Check, and roster flexibility

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in high-volume environments (Leisure or recreational facilities preferred).
• Experience in face-to-face and phone-based customer service roles.
• Strong understanding of excellent customer service principles.
• Experience in cashiering and internal audit requirements.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Resuscitation Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
• Willingness to work a roster with early starts and late finishes, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current Working With Children Check for paid work.
