Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking casual Customer Service Officers to support front desk operations across Leisure Centres. You will greet members, answer inquiries, handle admissions and cash, and deliver outstanding service in a busy, friendly environment.

Eligible candidates will have proven customer service experience, cash handling skills, strong communication and a current First Aid/Resuscitation Certification plus a Working With Children Check.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment (Leisure or recreation preferred).
• Face-to-face and phone-based customer service experience.
• Cash handling and basic auditing understanding.
• Current First Aid and Resuscitation certificates.
• Working With Children Check for paid work.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers; manage day-to-day front desk operations.
• Provide direct customer service, answer calls and electronic inquiries.
• Handle admissions, cash handling and member care.
• Support customers to ensure a positive experience at Leisure Centres.
