Job summary

My NRMA is seeking a qualified leader to oversee park operations at Worimi Country, Worimi region. The role focuses on guest experience, safety and financial performance, with responsibility for onsite team leadership, asset maintenance and stakeholder relations.

You will drive standards, risk management and continuous improvement across the park’s day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality guest experiences while advancing commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in park, hospitality or accommodation operations.
• Leadership experience managing frontline teams.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and guest satisfaction.
• Confidence working with budgets, reporting and commercial outcomes.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
