CMC Markets is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the ANZ Legal team in Sydney. You will provide reliable operational and administrative support, manage the inbox, calendar, and task registers, and coordinate external law firms in a regulated financial services environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and professional communication. Full-time, office-based with opportunities for learning and development within a leading fintech company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
• Experience in a legal team or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage ANZ Legal Team inbox and allocate routine work.
• Maintain the team calendar and deadlines for tasks.
• Maintain processes, registers and handbooks for the ANZ legal team.
• Provide general admin support and coordinate external Law firms.
