Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to join the Real Estate team in Sydney, supporting a Partner, Special Counsel and a busy group of lawyers. You will work alongside a paralegal and provide high-quality administrative, billing and transactional support in a fast-paced professional services environment.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent document formatting, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Sydney, supporting a Partner, Special Counsel and a team of proactive and engaging lawyers. You’ll work alongside a paralegal / licensed conveyancer, who also provides some PA support.
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to a career PA who enjoys building strong relationships, staying organised and delivering high-quality support in a busy professional services environment.
