Acknowledge Education is seeking a passionate and committed Lecturer to join our growing Bachelor of Construction and Project Management program. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality course content, ensuring alignment with the Higher Education Standards Framework.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate qualification in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
• Ability to report student conduct breaches and health and safety incidents.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to adhere to directions.
• Completed or in progress PhD in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
• Tertiary teaching experience with proven track record.
• Ability to innovate teaching methods and use of technology for student engagement.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience teaching diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent, engaging teaching to course students
• Coordinate and lead other staff as required, ensuring effective collaboration and excellence through teaching and learning meetings.
• Assess student learning outcomes through both formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, report to relevant parties and identify students who are at risk of failing, offering guidance and support.
• Participate in professional development, enhance your teaching practices and stay up to date on best practice.
• Report incidents of breaches in the student Code of Conduct or any health and safety concerns.
