Job summary

Acknowledge Education invites applications for a part-time Lecturer to join the Bachelor of Construction and Project Management program. You will deliver engaging lectures, assess student progress, and work with fellow academics to ensure alignment with Higher Education Standards.

The role emphasizes inclusive, supportive learning for diverse student cohorts. You’ll coordinate activities, provide academic support, and contribute to the development of high-quality course content.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate qualification in Construction Project Management or equivalent (AQF 8+).
• PhD in Construction Project Management or equivalent (completed or in progress).
• Tertiary teaching experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to innovate teaching methods and use of technology for student engagement.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to adhere to directions.
• Ability to report student conduct breaches and health and safety incidents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent, engaging teaching to course students.
• Coordinate and lead other staff as required, ensuring effective collaboration and excellence through teaching and learning meetings.
• Assess student learning outcomes through both formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, report to relevant parties and identify students at risk of failing.
• Participate in professional development, enhance teaching practices and stay up to date on best practice.
• Report incidents of breaches in the student Code of Conduct or any health and safety concerns.

Acknowledge Education is seeking a passionate and committed Lecturer to join our growingBachelor of Construction and Project Managementprogram. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality course content, ensuring alignment with the Higher Education Standards Framework. You’ll be responsible for delivering inspiring lectures, coordinating with fellow academic staff, assessing student progress, and providing academic support where needed. • Tertiary teaching experience with proven track record
• Ability to innovate teaching methods and use of technology for student engagement.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience teaching diverse student populations.
