A Trainer and Assessor in VET (Vocational Education and Training) courses is responsible for planning and preparing course materials, conducting practical and theoretical assessments, providing feedback to students, and maintaining accurate records. The Trainer and Assessor also support students' learning, facilitate a positive learning environment, and ensure that the training aligns with the requirements of the course.
